“You have to be mindful the whole time. It’s really about not putting yourself in risky situations. Most of the people that I’m friendly with are in recovery or they’re clean or they’ve never used at all. You’ve got to be careful. I’m an addict – it can happen at any time so you’ve got to stay away. And it’s difficult because there’s a lot of it around. But if you do find yourself in a situation where there are drugs being used you’ve just got to get out of Dodge.”

Because Corey Haim’s family wanted to make his funeral a small and intimate one, his BFF Corey Feldman did not attend.
Feldman had publicly released this statement about not attending his buddy’s funeral. “The family has decided to make Corey’s funeral on Tuesday a small private affair. Understanding the recent media attention and to be respectful of the family’s wishes I have decided not to attend. Instead I will remain in Los Angeles quietly mourning and planning his memorial.”
Instead, he paid tribute in an interesting and very public manner…via his blog.
Check out Feldman’s goodbye to his BFF after the jump.

He got busy with a ho bag (she being the one of many), but if Tiger Woods sent these racy sext messages, why the h e double hocky stick didn’t he pay Joslyn James off? Ewww. Now while I understand Tiger is a dirty, filthy slime bucket, it is a damn shame that this fuglicious beotch is getting press (and yeah I know I am not helping matters, but damn). Even further proof that Tiger is a dirty dog.

American Idol. Ahh. Sometimes it is just better when you aren’t the official title holder. Remember Jason Castro? Well, he made the top 3 and is preparing for his debut album release. And I must admit, although I wasn’t a huge fan of him on the show, his new album just may stand a chance. What is cool about Castro is that he engages with his fans. Check out Jason Castro’s season two trailer of his “That’s What I’m Here For” webisode series after the jump. He’s so dreamy.

Julia Roberts is back on the big screen in an adaptation of the book Eat, Pray, Love. Now while the book wasn’t as fabulous (in my opinion) as Oprah made it to be, I did read it and I am excited to see America’s old sweetheart taking on the role as the lead character of Elizabeth Gilbert’s hit book.
On her website, Gilbert says, “There is something surreal” about seeing her memoir being turned into a movie, “but then again, there has been something surreal about ‘Eat Pray Love’ from the beginning. I have never entirely understood the rocket-like trajectory of that book, and so — with the movie as with all of it — I stand back, amazed, watching it all unfold and wondering at this strange turn of destiny.”

“I don’t have any desire to do that (the party scene). I really don’t. I don’t request anything from anyone so I don’t want them to ask things of me. There are actors who want that attention and the paparazzi feel they have a right for me to give them something. But I don’t care about any of that stuff.”
