Britney has not only been served some fattening Frapps that may ruin her taut figure, but today came some very bad news for Brit Brit. She just got served LEGAL documents. Remember that scum-bag piggy face Sam Lufti? Yeah, well, he’s wanting some of Britney’s ching ching.

According to TMZ, Sam Lutfi has filed a lawsuit against Britney Spears and her parents for libel, defamation, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract. Oh poor poor Sam.

According to the papers, Sam claims Jamie and Lynn “launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy Lutfi and drive him out of Britney’s life.”

Apparently, all the claims of libel and defamation spring from Lynne’s book, “Through the Storm.” Lutfi says since the publication of the book, he “has been subjected to unfathomable amounts of ridicule and public scorn.”

Lutfi also claims Britney broke a contract with him and owes him unpaid management fees. He claims he had an oral agreement with Spears to be her manager for four years, earning 15% commission.

Does this freak NOT have a brain that functions beyond dollar signs? Remember when Lynn said she thought he drugged her and her friend? Remember when he would hide Brit’s little dog and let her go on for hours searching for it? Remember when he removed all the batteries from her cars? Remember when he took away all her cell-phones? Yeah, he was a fabulous manager. NOT! Go back to your garbage can, Sam! I blame Sam for getting her hooked on these damn Frapps too. There…I said it!
