Jade Goody has been told news that she surely didn’t want to hear. Chemotherapy cannot help the spread of the cancer that she is trying to fight. Therefore, Jade is going home to spend time with her family and friends.
A source said, “Jade is very frightened of dying in hospital and wants to spend what time she has left at home with her boys and family close to her.” And so…home she goes.
A friend said, “Jade is still fighting, but she knows in her heart there’s no chance of getting out of this situation. All doctors can do is try and make her comfortable. It is going to be weeks now. Because she is still a young woman, the cancer cells are growing rapidly. A solicitor came into hospital this week. Jade has drawn up a will leaving her money in a trust fund for the boys.”
The medical treatment will not completely be halted as Jade is planning on having a community nurse come through daily to check up on her to make her as comfortable as possible.
This has got to be so devastating for Jade and her family. At least she is able to spend as much time as she can now with her boys and her man.

Jade Goody was not my favourite person after her so-called ‘reality TV show’ win, but I am certainly impressed with how she’s has shown remarkable resilience and held her nerve in the face of this new and true reality.
She has appeared with her head bald, spoken openly and frankly, organised her financial affairs and rebuilt her relationships.
As far as her example to the young goes, brave Jade is doing a fine job right now.
In the face of adversity, a deeper, wiser and more lovable Jade has emerged. I feel for her and hope she will be shown the respect and consideration anyone in her situation deserves in her remaining life.
