So there may be a whole lot more to this Steven Tyler and Aerosmith drama than we initially thought. Sure, while we don’t know for sure whether Steven Tyler threatened to quit the band at one point or if Joe Perry is just full of shiznit, we are beginning to wonder whether Tyler’s daunting past is creeping back into his life once again. I’m talking drugs. I’m talking partying. And, yes…I am talking addiction. Could it be true that Steven Tyler is in need of rehab once again?
Well, anything is possible. But, the Aerosmith members just may be formulating an intervention that could land Steven Tyler back to rehab.

Drummer Joey Kramer tells People, “I think that he needs help and that attention needs to be put to his health.” He adds, “He’s got some bad influences in his life right now and he’s making poor choices.”
Guitarist Brad Whitford says about Tyler, “His behavior is spinning out of control.” He adds, “I don’t know where he is and what he’s doing…It wasn’t an overnight change. It’s been progressively getting out of hand.”
About replacing Tyler, Kramer says, “It’s hard for me to imagine getting on stage without Steve. He needs to take care of his health first and get help in order for there to be a future for an Aerosmith that includes him.”
Yikes! Well hopefully they get the man some help, if that is what is going on! However, I don’t think finding a new lead singer is the answer…unless that is the band members’ way of threatening Tyler?
