Amanda Bynes‘ hit and run victim has officially speaking out, throwing the actress underneath a got damn bus!
The female driver, known as Kisa, claims that Bynes hit her Toyota Corolla car while driving a BMW on Ventura Boulevard on August 4th and then drove off on her merry way!
After she filed a complaint with the police department, Bynes got served with two counts of hit and run (including the other one back in April). And now, the good news is that the actress no longer has her license. It’s about effing time.
Kisa now tells TMZ.com, “Someone could have died if (Bynes) kept driving. A normal person would not get away with hit and runs and she shouldn’t either… I’m glad she’s off the road. She absolutely needs to pay for her actions and taking away her license is a good first step… I feel she needs to get some sort of help and maybe this will be the catalyst.”
Perhaps. But if she is anything like Lindsay Lohan (and there are a LOT of similarities), there will be a slap ont he wrist and another incident. Welcome to Hollywood, beotch!
Bynes is set to head to court on September 27th.
