Ashton Kutcher’s past is coming back to haunt him. You may remember back in 2001, Ashton found his former love interest Ashley Ellerin brutally murdered, a devastating sight in itself. But now, Ashton is going to have to testify about that night he discovered her body.

It is a case that is taking place against Michael Gargiulo, the man accused of stabbing and killing Ms. Ellerin. And while the monster is facing two counts of murder (he also allegedly killed Maria Bruno) and two counts of burglary, Ashton could be a key witness to the prosecution’s case.
