Aubrey O’Day is getting sued!

Aubrey O’Day may be getting a tad bit of press with her appearance on Celebrity Apprentice, but now we’ve got some more for Diddy’s former dahling from Danity Kane. Miss O’Day (who I adore by the way for her don’t-give-an-eff attitude is now getting her booty sued!

Apparently she used some unauthorized music on her Oxygen reality show All About Aubrey, in which she sings on a track produced by Adonis Shropshire. According to TMZ and a lawsuit filed by a music company,

the star had no right to use the tune as it was destined for another singer and Shropshire was not given permission to pass it on. Aubrey, Shropshire and bosses at the network are being sued for unspecified damages.

And they are dishing out an order preventing Aubrey from performing the song ever again.

Ouch! Well here’s hoping Aubrey wins Celebrity Apprentice so she can pay for her legal bills!
