In case you all were wondering how much Barack Obama makes on the damn daily, we’ve got the details on what he made in 2010. According to his tax returns that were released today, it appears that the President didn’t do too shabby with raking in the dough. So do you really want to know?

According to Barack and Michelle’s joint tax return, the couple made an adjusted $1,728,096. Yes, over a half a million dollars. The crappy part of that? They had to pay in $453,770 in federal taxes and $51,568 in state income for their home state of Illinois.
And get this, most of their income came from book sales.
In addition, they dished out $245,075 to charities.
As for Vice President Joe Biden and his wife Jill? They made $379,178 in 2010, paying in a little over $86,000 in federal taxes.
Personally, I think the President should get paid a lot more. But when you live in a world where celebrities and sports stars get paid like 100 times more than every day citizens, the wage of the Pres will probably never go up.
