How Christina Lost 42 Pounds.

Songbird Christina Aguilera is all about sharing her diet secrets after giving birth to her first child, Max. Come on, I’ve been dying to know how she got the weight off…BUT kept the boobies. Now, normally I could care less what celebrities have to say about their diet secrets because we all KNOW that most of them workout HOURS and HOURS in the gym and eat maybe a leaf of lettuce a day. But, Christina, losing 40+ pounds and keeping the cleavage…THAT is something I am all for reading.

Christina lost 42 pounds AND in just FOUR months. Well, I’m guessing Christina resorted to breastfeeding…staying hydrated and maybe doing a little somethin’ somethin’ with the hubster, Jordan Bratman? Ehh…maybe not. What Christina DOES attribute her weight loss to is “90 minute workout sessions 5 TIMES a week AND NO white bread”.

She also reveals that what she can’t leave alone is the biggest craving during her pregnancy…sweets. So, here’s my math skills put to work…

90 minute workout sessions x 5 days a week + NO BREAD + Starbursts + Skittles = Loss of 40 lbs, (including booty), but Bigger ta-tas????  Sounds like a reasonable diet plan if you ask me.
