She’s back to her black roots. As women we know that a new ‘do means a new you. Often times it is some sort of event that causes us to make that change. In Lily Allen’s case, could it be a reconciliation with her ex Ed Simons?

I got bored of the pink , I can’t believe i’m posting a blog about my hair , sooooooo ” the hills” kinda sorta finished the album , hopefully a single out soon , but i’m definitely gonna post a new song or two this week . I’m starting Bikram yoga tomorrow , YAWN . . That pic of me up there is in my new flat , i’ve been in for a week and it’s been an OK move , I’ve been sofa surfing and living in hotels for two years , so it’s really weird being in this place alone , and don’t get too excited burglars , i’ve got metal roller blinds that go down at night and a panic button by my bed , no panic room though . food for thought . it has been a tough week though , you may have heard my nan passed away , last weekend , we were close and even though she had been very ill for the last few years , it was a big shock , and surreal to find out at Glastonbury . But i went up to see my grandad in Kings lynn (where they lived) and drove him down to Wales where we will bury her on friday. All very sad , but he is doing well and being very brave . I love my family . Anyway the point is my nan would have killed me if I went to her funeral with pink hair , so there is another reason . Anyways in other news , I’m getting a dog from Battersea dogs home , i found her on the weekend , and after a visit from a rehoming officer hopefully, i’ll have her by next week . She’s called Honey and she’s quite fat (insert dogs like their owners joke here) , but very sweet , she’s a mongrel . There were so many Stafforshire Bullies there it was so sad . People should really think about getting puppies from breeders or breeding them for that matter , if you saw all those poor dogs without a home with their sad little faces , you wouldn’t even think about buying dogs from people who profit . I’m starting Bikram yoga tomorrow , YAWN . . please can everyone stop stabbing each other in the UK , it’s really sad , my thoughts are with all the families affected by these heinious crimes . we need to have a knife amnesty , we should put on a big concert to raise awareness and stop the violence , Boris , if your listening , call me man speak soon peeps x xx

Hello Everyone,

After seeing “Dr. Drew’s Celebrity Addiction Special” on VH1 News, I figured it was time to put something out there for you all. I expected my part on that show to be much harder to watch than it wound up being. It made me want to explain a little bit of what I’ve been going through since I got clean, to help some of you understand how much damage drugs and alcohol have really done to me. I’ve now been clean for 115 days, and I’m, again, in a mental institution. I did so much cocaine, ketamine, pcp, nitrous oxide, and all sorts of other drugs, that, quite simply, my brain is fucked up. As you can probably tell by the way I’m writing this, my cognitive skills are alright, but, I frequently suffer from horrible mood swings and severe depression. Those of you who have followed my warped mind’s trail on the Internet for a significant amount of time have, I’m sure, been very aware of those attributes, but, I just want you all to know that four fucking months (almost) of not touching a damn thing that a psychiatrist didn’t perscribe to me hasn’t changed that shit. The medication that is prescribed to me doesn’t do the trick every day, let’s just put it that way. I’m back in the looney bin trying to get that shit right. The bottom line is that doing drugs fucked my ass up and I’m going to be paying for it for a long time, probably for the rest of my life. Everyone’s going to make their own decisions in life, but nobody needs to make the same mistakes I made. I love you all,

I am sick of negative people who just sit around trying 2 plot my downfall… Why???? I understand if people don’t like me because I like me or if people think tight clothes look gay or people say I run my mouth to much, But this Bonnaroo thing is the worst insult I’ve ever had in my life. This is the most offended I’ve ever been… this is the maddest I ever will be. I’m typing so fucking hard I might break my fucking Mac book Air!!!!!!!!

Well, don’t break your Macbook Air! Take a few breaths, chill out…and just know you CAN’T please errrr-body! Plain and simple.

This is the most hilarious thing I’ve read in awhile. Now, I love Kim Kardashian as she is a bootylicious inspiration, but I really found this entertaining….this is straight from bootylicious Kim K’s blog.

Kourtney and I spent an afternoon laying out by the pool at the Hotel Hermitage in Monaco, recently. It was incredible; the paparazzi were everywhere!

First of all…who goes to the pool in fresh makeup and hair done up like that? Not me.

Secondly…the paparazzi were swarming there? I highly doubt it. It’s called STAGED PHOTO OP.  That statement is just about as true as me climbing Mount Kilamonjaro dressed as the abominable snowman in the middle of summer.

Thirdly…who poses like that for the paparazzi WHILE on vacation?

Eh. Kim thinks we are FOOLS! And that makes me sad.

Xzibit had just shared the birth announcement of his new son on May 15th.  Now a few days later he posts this entry on his Myspace page.

ITS 4:32AM AND I HAVE SOME BAD NEWS……..

AS you all know, I shared with you the announcment of my newborn son Xavier Kingston Joiner on may 15th and also informed you that he was born prematurly. well this week was extremly difficult for him because his lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own. Xavier passed away this morning at 3:30am and I must tell you this, It is unatural for a parent to bury a child. I am telling you this because of the same reason I tell you when im having great times, life is too short to be fake. Hold on to your kids if you have them, protect them and show them you love them everyday you wake up and see them, dont take a second you get to hug them teach them and care for them for granted. You can have all the material wealth in the universe but it is NOTHING compared to having your family. I am thankful for all of my blessings and im not one to question God’s perfect plan, so I leave you with great love and thanks for the love that was sent earlier on my pervious blog to my son. Of course I need to take some time and handle my loss, STAY FOCUSED PEOPLE. Its not promised to any of us.

Paris Hilton has been one busy bee…promoting her new perfume, attending hot parties and working on her latest venture…finding a new BFF. And…well, boyfriend Benji has been along for the ride, even showing up on the set of Paris’ new show. These two have been attached at the hip since they first started their courtship a couple months ago. I wonder how Benji feels now that Paris is replacing him for a new BFF. Poor Benji.

Hey everyone! I am so excited, we have finally started taping my new show for MTV. I just want to thank you all for sending in your videos and applications. The response was massive and incredible, we had more applicants then any show in history, so that felt really nice that so many people wanted to be apart of it. I met all the contestants on wednesday night. I had them all meet me at the club Les Deux. I was a little nervous at first cause I always get shy meeting new people. But everyone ended up being very sweet, cool and fun to be around. I’m really happy with the final contestants, although it was really hard to pick only 18 people from so many great choices. Today I had the team from Fred Seagal Beauty come do makeovers on these girls and boys and the results were astonishing. They all looked stunning and beautiful and hot! So much fun! I love doing make overs on my friends .I have to do an elimination tomorrow, meaning telling one of the contestants that they have to leave. I am having anxiety and really dreading those moments of all the eliminations. But it’s going to be a lot of fun and a these people will get to have a fun experience and I’m happy cause I feel like I’ve made friends with some of these people already.

Hello from Moscow. It’s so beautiful here. I leave tomorrow for the UK and am excited to announce that I will be celebrating the launch of my new fragrance, Can-Can, at Selfridges department store in London, on Oxford Street May 15th (this Thursday!).

I will be at the store to see all my London fans from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. To make sure you get in, VIP passes will be given out when you purchase any of my fragrances from the Oxford Street location on May 14th (the day before).

Can Can is described as “elegant but fun”, but I wonder what REALLY inspired this scent?

After being asked whether or not she would allow her children to work in the entertainment industry (or be in a reality show), ANTM Season 1 Winner Adrianne Curry basically says a big fat no in her latest Myspace blog.

Many of you have asked if there is going to be another season of My Fair Brady. Let’s see if I can answer this for you… Considering how season 3 ended, the natural progession of the show would be to then document us having a baby…maybe even showing life with a kid in it for us. Being married to a former child star has taught me a few things about what can happen to kids who are forced into the industry. ; ) This is a very scary thought for ANYONE who thinks their child should be thrust into the spotlight. I have met MANY former child stars and there seems to be an ongoing theme….they kinda fucking hate their parents!

So Is this the end for My Fair Brady? Sorry to burst your bubbles folks, but basically, yeah.

Does this mean the end of reality television for Adrianne? In a nutshell, no.  Insert party-and-celebrate yells here or insert cry and scream in extreme pain here.

He’s been off-the-market since 2002, but now Kanye West is officially back ON the market. Kanye West and his now ex-fiancee Alexis Phifer met in 2002 and dated off and on. The couple got engaged in 2006 and over the past few weeks, they’ve been losing that loving feeling.

According to one of West’s pals, “They’d been having problems. Kanye is really focused on his show; he’s putting everything into the show right now.”

Apparently, Kanye hasn’t been focused enough as he forgot what city he was in on Saturday’s show. But…he admits his big mistake and apologizes on his site blog:

I can’t believe I bust a spinal tap! It’s no excuse for this I wish I could sink in a black whole. When I said Seattle and there was no crowd response I was up on my spaceship platform thinking damn… I think I just said the wrong city!!!!! I kind of muffled the words so I was praying nobody really caught it. I guess all those hours that me and Phill spent making my mic clear as possible back fired on me! We had alot of problems with the video servers on the first 3 songs and that completely threw me off! Hey, I’m not perfect. Hope everybody had a good time. I’m a man, I can say it… I’m sorry.

If there’s anything my mom taught me is to enjoy life. I just recorded my first verse in the last 6 months 2 days ago at Bape’s Studio in Japan. It felt good and I was inspired.
