Heather Locklear Charged With DUI.

“Heather Locklear has been formally charged with driving under the influence of drugs in connection with her September arrest, the Santa Barbara, Calif., District Attorney’s Office said Monday. The misdemeanor charge filed by the DA’s office specifies that the drugs in question were ‘prescription medications.’ If convicted, the actress, 47, faces penalties ranging from a fine to up to six months in county jail.” Let’s hope girlfriend has her dosage all squared away now.

Heather Locklear Busted!

Whatever Heather Locklear went to rehab for obviously didn’t help. Saturday Heather was pulled over in the city of Santa Barbara by a California Highway Patrol officer for “driving erratically”.

According to a source, Heather was not under the influence of alcohol, but rather prescription pain meds. Heather was booked and later released. Perhaps she took one too many “happy” pills. Those can often times bite you in the booty. So does this mean rehab stint number two for Ms. Locklear?

Heather Locklear Seeks Psychological Treatment.

Sources have confirmed that Heather Locklear has checked herself into a facility in Arizona for treatment of anxiety and depression.

This comes after Locklear’s doctor called emergency services in March claiming he feared she was suicidal. Remember that “downplayed” incident reported by TMZ.com? Umm, yeah.

In any case, kudos to Heather for seeking help. Gawd knows there are a lot more people out there that NEED to do the same thing, but choose to try to handle it themselves. (cough*Amy Winehouse*)
