Never in a bazillion years did i see these two together, but Mandy Moore seems like one of those sweet girls who would pretty much bend over backwards for anyone she comes into contact with. When DJ AM got into that horrific plane crash, Mandy (his ex at the time) probably had an epiphany…like OMG my ex-boy almost died and now I need to furnish some sexy time to this poor poor man.

So, here they are…in a loving pose. Doesn’t it make your eyes fill up with tears of joy? Ehhh…kind of.

While Adam did his thing back on the turn tables at PURE Nightclub, his girl Mandy relaxed at her VIP table and chatted it up with friends while drinking Fiji Water. Miss Mandy also took time to pose for pictures with fans and made a couple stops to the DJ booth throughout the night to see her honey bunny. Awwwww.

Surviving a plane crash to me is miraculous. I could not even fathom, nor would I want to know the trauma such an event would have on the mind and body. DJ AM is a survivor.

Last night, Adam’s friends, family, and fans gathered to celebrate the deejay’s life, talent and miraculous survival of the plane crash that left four others dead.

According to E! Online, friends Goldstein performed a special benefit concert, dubbed simply “Welcome Home, DJ AM,” at Avalon Hollywood Tuesday night, with proceeds from the open-to-the-public event benefiting the families of the four people who perished in the Sept. 19 Learjet crash.

Adam was all smiles and was surprisingly HAPPY to be back to work. He is even more excited to join Jay-Z TONIGHT onstage when the rapper’s tour touches down at the Hollywood Palladium. Adam told People that this gig is “the biggest thing that’s happened in my career.”

Good for him! He’s looking great.

DJ AM seems to be faring exceptionally well after the horrible plane crash that left four other people dead.

There has been quite some concern over this picture that was taken Thursday of DJ AM as his neck and arm appeared bandaged up. Of course, the picture stirred up talk of the possibility of a recent infection or some sort of setback. However, Adam’s rep states that Adam is “resting and healing”.

The man can take out the trash for gawd’s sake. He is obviously doing a lot better than people had thought and that is wonderful news. Stay strong, Adam!

According to the AP, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker and DJ Adam Goldstein are among the living after a fatal plane crash killed four people in a Learjet crash in South Carolina. Travis and Adam are said to be in critical condition at a burn center in Augusta, Ga., about 75 miles southwest of Columbia. So so sad! Let’s hope they will be okay!

Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said the plane carrying six people was departing shortly before midnight Friday when air traffic controllers reporting seeing sparks. The plane went off a runway and crashed on a nearby road, she said.

Travis and Adam had just finished up playing a free concert in Columbia’s college neighborhood Friday evening.

We’ll update you when we find out more information in regards to Travis and Adam’s conditions. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as well as the families of those who lost their loved ones in this crash.

Update 1:  A witness who was driving down the highway saw two men, presumably Travis and DJ AM, taking off their clothes and trying to extinguish themselves. The two men told the witness that four other people were on the plane, one of the deceased was Travis’s assistant Chris Baker.

William Owens was driving down Highway 302 when he said he saw a fireball go across the road.

“I didn’t know what I had seen — it was maybe 800 feet in front of me, but as I approached it closer though I made out a fire. By then I was able to see the tail of the jet and I recognized it as a jet,” Owens said.

Owens then described what he saw as he tried to make it to the wreckage.

“It’s in flames and the fuel is running across the road and I had to cross the fuel to get to the two guys that seemed to have been dumped on the highway,” Owens said.

Owens said the two men were in the road trying to extinguish themselves. He then asked the men if there was anyone else on board the plane and they said four more were with them.

“We turned to the jet to try and see if there was anything we could do, but immediately, there was nothing anyone could do,” Owens said.

Update 3: Sources say that Travis Barker and DJ AM saved their own lives after their plane crashed by jumping out the door of the burning plane, almost immediately after the small jet came to a halt.

Update 4: TMZ reports that Travis Barker has been burned from the waist down, but he is expected to survive the plane crash. DJ AM’s face was severely burned and is being tended to right now.

TMZ also reports that Chris Baker, Travis’ assistant on “Meet the Barkers,” was married recently and has a new baby. How horrible!!!!

Update 5: TMZ reports that Travis Barker and his friends weren’t originally supposed to be on that Learjet last night. Earlier yesterday, Travis’ assistant, Chris Baker, found out his wife was about to go into labor. Travis promised Chris that he would do whatever he could to get him home as quickly as possible. They learned that the fastest way to get from South Carolina to Van Nuys was to travel by private jet.

Travis doesn’t usually fly by private plane, but did it so that Chris could be with his wife.
