Lily Allen has seemed to snag a new man…a man with semi-saggy, yet seasoned balls. Forty-five year old Jay Jopling is a millionaire art mogul who has captured the heart of the young songstress. The two lovebirds enjoyed a passionate embrace on board a yacht just off the coast of St. Barts. (Man, do I ever sound like Joey Greco from Cheaters.) HA!

Rumors have been previously flying around about Lily and Jay’s relationship and it appears now they are ready to share their love with the world. Who knows how long the relationship really has been going on. But, if it is any indication…Mr. Jopling has been separated from his estranged wife since September.
Lily has been once quoted as saying, “I think I like much older men. I hang out with much older people, I go for dinners at posh places and talk about art. I’m meeting more interesting people who tax my brain.”
Well, let’s hope for her sake this isn’t just a mid-life crisis rebound!

Speaking of art and class, Pam Anderson and all her hoochiness showed up to the Art Basel in Miami to admire photographs of herself on the walls of Wolfgang Roth And Partners Fine Art show.
Obviously Pam didn’t get the dress code memo as she showed up pants-less and sporting an off-the-shoulder sweatshirt. What really tops off this ensemble is the Campbell’s soup clutch. Mmmm mmm good…NOT!
I’m thinking Pam was there for the free booze.
Classy.
Click after the jump for more idiotic pics of Pam and her date David LaChapelle…as well as her mingling with Paris and her new BFF.

“Miley Cyrus doesn’t regret her controversial, semi-topless Vanity Fair spread shot by Annie Leibovitz earlier this year. In fact, she says the pictures inspired her to want to be a photographer. … ‘I just had to deal with that and just realize that I got to work with an amazing photographer,’ she said. ‘She was amazing and so talented and her lighting… I would love to work with her again. … That’s what I want to do with my life. I would love to be a photographer.’”

Angelina has always been more than willing to be open and honest about her life, so what’s a boob got to do with it?
As intimately private photos have been sold to W magazine, there are peeps ranting (and some flying off the freakin’ handle) about this exclusive photo shoot that Brad Pitt coordinated back in August of this year…with him behind the lens.
And now we finally get the honor of seeing Saint Angelina on the cover of W in an exquisite breastfeeding shot. W refers to this November issue as the “art” issue, thus, it will be interesting to see just how “private” and artsy fartsy Brad got when he photographed Angie…other than this booby feeding session.
In my opinion, the cover shot of Ange is great. Very tasteful. The perfect picture of motherhood. I mean, would you expect anything less from the most perfect mother and father in the whole world? You KNOW I don’t have to answer that silly question. Just take a moment to be in awe of the Saint Angelina.
Ok. Enough. Moving On.

It’s just another day in NYC for Suri Cruise. Yesterday, Suri participated in an art class that allowed her to showcase her artistic abilities. From the looks of it, Suri paid tribute to her city of choice…The Big Apple. What a simply amazing interpretation.
There is nothing Suri Cruise can’t do. So don’t be surprised if the Xenu offspring of Scientologist parents TomKat does something may-jah in life. An artist perhaps?

I present to you a self-portrait of a celebrity who decided to go against the usual pencil, paintbrush or charcoal tools to create their artistic piece…instead using lipstick and well…their lover’s blood. It’s definitely creative…I’ll give ‘em that…but, a masterpiece? Looks like more of a creation made as a result of a night of crack smoking and liquor drinking.
Can you guess the celebrity self portrait?

He may have been a no-show for his gig in Paris, but he had an excuse OKAY?! Pete Doperty was simply stuck on a Eurostar train and delayed for four hours. Yep, and we ALMOST believe that. Pete was probably rocking those baby mice he and Wino were breeding to sleep.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, some artist by the name of Peter Howson revealed some very eerie art of the downward spiraling Babyshambles frontman. His inspiration? Well, Peter Howson used to be a drug addict just like Doperty and he told a source, “His spiral downwards reminds me of what I went through myself and I can identify with the way he is acting. Me wanting to paint him dead was pointing the finger at him and saying ‘You can influence a whole generation’. He could, if he wanted to, become the right kind of hero.”
He could be a hero…what he just may need is to hang out with Enrique Iglesias for a few days. He’ll take away your pain.

I don’t know about you but this picture creeps me out. Big time. Three images of Heath, looking stoned out of his mind…not exactly the way I want to remember him, but apparently Vincent Fantauzzo found Heath in this state, inspirational.
According to a source, A haunting portrait of the late actor, painted by Melbourne artist Vincent Fantauzzo received the People’s Choice Award at Australia’s annual Archibald Prize art awards.
Vincent had been receiving TONS of offers to purchase the art piece from him. HELLO, cha-ching!!!! $$$$$$ However, Vincent said a big fat no to all offers and gave the art to Heath’s mother, Sally Bell. You KNOW he thought about selling this art…BUT, it wasn’t the right thing to do…HOWEVER, Heath’s mother didn’t want to look at Heath like this either and in turn donated the canvas to the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
I wonder if he wishes he would have sold it now? Ehhh. Too late now, buddy boy!
