Heath Ledger Lives On In Perth.

Heath Ledger was a talented actor and is missed by many…especially by those in his hometown of Perth, Australia. Today was a special day in the city as they named a new performing arts centre in his honor.

According to a source, Ledger’s father Kim said he was pleased his son would be remembered in this way, as he had been particularly generous towards the arts.

“I really feel that there’s not a lot of things he’d put his name to but he’d put his name to that,” he said.

Rumor has it that Heath’s family will attend The Dark Knight premiere in the United States.

RIP Heath.

Pam Anderson Vs. Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson thinks that “Real girls eat meat.” She was spotted wearing that t-shirt the other day out and about with her on-again boyfriend Tony Romo. Apparently vegetarian Pam Anderson was slightly offended.

Pam recently told Australian radio, “I think she is a bitch and whore. Actually, I don’t know if she was talking about food or men.” WOWSERS!

Croc Hunter’s Daughter Wins Award.

It’s been just 18 months since the Australian crocodile hunter, Steve Irwin passed away. But, his legacy lives on through his daughter Bindi. Bindi Irwin won a “Best Talent” Logie award for her role on ABC’s Bindi: Jungle Girl.

Bindi dedicated her award to her mom and dad and all her fans.

“I’d definitely like to dedicate this to my mum and dad, and I would also like to thank everybody out there who helped to watch Bindi: the Jungle Girl.

It’s so nice and I’d also like to thank John Stainton, who has helped me all the way through. Thank you very much.”

Man, this girl sounds like she is 40. I’m very afraid that she is either going to be in rehab when she’s 16 or a hobbit living in solitude when she’s 20. Little kids just don’t talk like Bindi Irwin, all proper and professional.

Poor thing.

On a side note:Â Terri sure cleans up nicely! That beotch always seems to be wearing that lame zoo outfit. Â So, what a nice change for her to actually put on a gown and makeup. Girlfriend DOES need a hair cut though. She’s had that do since 1980. Looks like Bindi has the same mop top too!

It must be getting serious. Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr felt it was the right time for boyfriend Orlando Bloom to meet her papa. The super hot couple met Miranda’s parents at the Catalina’s restaurant at Rose Bay in Australia for lunch. It sure looked as if Orlando had his charm turned on big time as he smiled and laughed, fitting in perfectly with the Kerr clan. How can you NOT love Orlando? He could show up wearing a trench coat and we’d still love him too!

Orlando is spending some q-time with Miranda in her homeland Australia, where she currently has a modeling gig. It is rumored they are going to take their first step out TOGETHER today as a couple at the David Jones AJC Doncaster Derby. Awww, how sweet.

Mates, we hate to ask the million dollar question, but will Orlando and Miranda tie the knot anytime soon or is this just a Spring fling?
