It’s certainly a lot to take in. Now I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the lip-synching superstar has decided to cancel all tour dates for the summer.
Oh well. Get your money back and spend it on a Blizzard from Dairy Queen or something. I know I am not being very sympathetic here…but, hey there is a bright side…Smashlee does plan on coming back to tour AFTER the baby arrives.

Well, it is official from the horse’s mouth.
“While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child,” the newlyweds wrote. “This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family.”
Wow, they sure hid that well. Not. We can’t wait to see their little greaseball! I bet it will be born with hair gel already in its hair and blue eyeliner lining its eyes. Cute.
That is the question. Either she is or this is one BIG publicity stunt drawn up by none other than…
Papa Joe.
According to a source, Papa Joe has been trying to cash in on all this media hoopla surrounding the BIG pregnancy rumor by contacting all the weeklies and asking them to pay up to $1 million to put Ashlee on the cover. (ONE Million Bones? Good LUCK with that!!!!) Apparently, the deal would include photos of Ashlee - taken by Joe, of course, so he can make more money - an interview and photos of the baby when she has it. Talk about being pro-active!
Papa Joe is one sly fox.
