Matilda Ledger To Get Heath’s Millions.

Perhaps the guilt was getting to Heath’s family regarding Heath’s millions of dollars that was awarded to them following Heath’s tragic death.

However…I’m happy to announce that Heath’s family has decided to give ALL of Heath’s estate to Matilda, Heath’s daughter with ex-fiancee Michelle Williams, which is said to be in the millions.

At least with the family willingly giving up the estate, Michelle won’t have to go to court herself to claim some of that ching for her daughter.

Because Heath’s will had been drawn up before Matilda was born, the will left half the estate to Ledger’s sisters, Kate and Olivia Ledger and Ashleigh Bell. The remainder was to go to his father and mother Sally Bell.

This makes everything so much easier for everyone! I think Heath would have wanted this. Don’t ‘cha think?

This Just In: Stone Fox Loses Custody Of Rug Rat.

She may be a Stone fox, but she sure as hell is NOT a stone winner. Oh, noooo…in fact, Sharon Stone got socked right where it hurts.

According to a source, Sharon Stone’s ex husband newspaper editor Phil Bronstein, “shall have permanent sole physical custody” of Roan Joseph Bronstein despite Stone’s pleas in court to have the arrangement modified, according to a court order related to a Sept. 12 custody hearing. The court found that Bronstein “can provide a more structured continuity, stable, secure and consistent home for the child.”

Does the court not approve of Stone’s cougarlicious extracurricular activities? Hmmmph. THAT sucks. So, my question is, if Stone is such a bad mother (so to speak) then why is the court allowing her to keep custody of her other two adopted children, Laird and Quinn?

I smell something fishy going on here and it’s not Chicken Of The Sea or sticky crotch. Anyone else smell that?

Denise Richards And Her Bitch.

Denise Richards took a break from her drama-filled life to attend the Much Love Animal Rescue Bow Wow Wow event at the Playboy Mansion. And, she brought her best friend with her…one that won’t talk back to her…

Now that ex-husband Charlie Sheen has a new wife in the picture, Denise is sure determined to make Charlie’s life a living h-e double hockey stick.

According to a source, Denise was in court on Friday to seek an emergency protective order to alter the ex-spouses’ current custody and visitation arrangement with their two young daughters, Lola and Sam.

Sometimes a bitch and her bitch just need a night out on the town and a break from all the drama she creates!

Steve-O Not Guilty?

After 64 days of sobriety, Steve-O (Stephen Glover) has to now deal with the consequences of his actions. The legal crap sucks, but kudos to Steve-O for sobriety!

Yesterday Steve-O appeared in court to plead not guilty in a felony cocaine possession stemming from a March 3 bust at his Hollywood apartment following a run-in with a neighbor. This is just the beginning of the legal battle for Steve-O…however, Steve-O is doing his best to show that he is bettering himself and using his druggie past as a lesson.

He brought along with him the penned book that he wrote titled, “Bringers of the Dawn”. I am sure he is hoping this book will prevent him from serving time?Â It can be found on Amazon.com if you are interested in buying the book.

The preliminary hearing will be continued June 3rd. Keep up the sobriety, Steve-O!Â We have our fingers crossed for you.
