Nick Jonas who?

Miley Cyrus went from purity-ring wearing Disney rocker to underwear-model-Nashville-star-hopeful Justin Gaston. Proving she is over her ex Nick Jonas, Miley stepped out publicly with underwear model Justin (for their third date) yesterday as the duo visited Universal City Walk in Hollywood. But don’t fret, my little Disney cherubs, they did have chaperones. Along for the date was Miley’s sister Brandi and her boyfriend as well as their mother Leticia. I bet Selena Gomez is breathing a huge sigh of relief upon hearing this news.

In other Miley news, Miley has just signed on to star in a Disney movie that isn’t Hannah Montana related. Imagine that?! Popular author Nicholas Sparks has agreed to work on a screenplay and adaptation, specifically tailored to Miley’s desires. Is this Miley’s big career move from Disney tween superstar to more adult roles?

Selena Gomez has been busy promoting season two of her Disney show “Wizards of Waverly Place”, most recently in New York City. However, expect to be seeing a lot more of this cutie patootie. Gomez is said to be working on an album as well. Ohhhhh shoot! Watch out Miss Hannah Montana. She stole your boyfriend and now she’s gonna steal the music spotlight from you too!

Apparently Selena Gomez has a new song called “I’m Sorry” with some very “interesting” lyrics. But, don’t start reading too much into these lyrics. Selena makes it very clear that “I’m Sorry” is NOT about her boyfriend Nick Jonas. Of course, Nick Jonas ISN’T her boyfriend either. Pffft. We’ve got you figured out, my dear. You can’t fool ole’ Danity Donnaly.

According to a source, The autobiographical lyrics tell the story of encouraging her beau to move forward. “The song is basically me saying that I’m sorry that it didn’t work out or that she used to be who she was,” says the Wizards of Waverly Place star. “But you have to let me in and you have to know that I’ll do everything I can to make you happy and be the best I can be.”

What is this girl 15 years old? I’m just guessing that she probably hasn’t had many boyfriends. It’s TOTALLY about Nick Jonas.

Johnny Depp Is Going Mad!

Raise your hand if you are an Alice In Wonderland fan! HOLLA!
Well, if you AREN’T now, you WILL be! Cuz’ my man Johnny to the Diz-epp is rumored to be taking on the role as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s version of Alice In Wonderland. Depp has been in SIX Tim Burton films, so it is not a surprise that he would cast Johnny in this “fitting” role.

This live-action fantasy will be shot in magical 3D, so I hope you didn’t toss out those 3-D glasses from The Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert. You’ll NEED them again!

Johnny Depp is kicking ass and taking names and we can totally see him as the Mad Hatter! Alice will be played by unknown Aussie teenager Mia Wasikowska. The movie is set for a 2010 release.

Miley Cyrus, The Mean Girl?

I’m thinking Nick Jonas should either be really proud he could cause such a huge ordeal between two Disney princesses or he should be really ashamed.

The latest in the Miley Cyrus vs. Selena Gomez kiddy cat fight is a YouTube show showdown. Funny how these clips surface, just as Miley is on a promotional tour for her new album titled “Breakout”.

According to a source, Following Miley’s controversial Vanity Fair cover, some pegged Gomez and Lovato as two wholesome girls who could fill the teen queen’s shoes.

But the Hannah Montana star recently told Extra, “I donâ€™t think there could be a next Miley. I think they should be the next Selena, the next Demi … [and] make their own way.â€

What do you think? Is this just Miley having fun or could this a scene straight out of “Mean Girls”? Maybe former Destiny Hope Cyrus, now Miley Cyrus REALLY ISN’T Miley. Maybe her REAL name is Regina GEORGE! OMG. What if?!

This week, smiley Miley took a break from filming to hit Good Morning America, TRL, and radio for some ultimate album promotion. It seems that Miley’s alter-ego may be history as Miley Cyrus “breaks out” as her teen self. Despite Hannah’s absence, the singer still managed to pull in thousands of fans cheering for her.

According to a source, Cyrus was also worried that her recent photo controversies would keep people away from the morning show.

â€œI was extremely nervous until today, and now Iâ€m like so excited. Everyone actually showed up, Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

She added: â€œI was like, `OK, there are going to be two people, and they’re going to be paparazzi.â€
So, maybe the risque photos were really the Hannah Montana part of her?

At least she feels some sort of remorse!

Millionaire Miley Cyrus must have spared a few G’s to get her teeth fixed. Girlfriend is sporting white AND straight CHOPS on the set of her new feature film version of Hannah Montana. Good for her!

You’d think Jewel and Snaggle Dunst would do something with their messed up mouths. Their looks are only cool for one day out of the year…and that’s Halloween.

In any case, big kudos to Miley for taking care of biznass!

Is Hanna Montana Going Country?

The Hannah Montana movie is going to mix it up a bit by adding a little bit more country pizazz to it. Taylor Swift made a special appearance in the movie playing herself and performing a hot little number that will leave you all screaming for more. Eh. Or not.

According to a source, Swift joins fellow country-fried singers Rascal Flatts and American Idol alum Bucky Covington, who also appear in the flick. Coincidentally, all these artists are signed to Disney’s Lyric Street Records.

I don’t know if I like this whole idea. Hannah Montana might as well add a little bit more twang to her voice now. Perhaps Billy Ray has something to do with all this? ‘Cuz you KNOW he was responsible for those racy photos of his daughter. Sorry but the surfer dude haircut WON’T work on me, Mister. Do we have another Papa Joe on our hands?

Or is Disney trying to switch things up a bit?

I guess we’ll see when this flick comes out!

She already said goodbye to Destiny Hope. So, is she saying adios to Hannah Montana now too? Check out Miley’s new album cover. It sure looks like she’s trying to separate herself from Disney AND the Hannah Montana name.

Wonder if those scandalous pics will have any affect on her album sales? Breakout hits stores July 22nd.

Double Threat

Miley Cyrus was the big winner at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards held tonight in California. Miley won for Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Female Singer.

She also performed her song “GNO-Girls Night Out” for the thousands of screaming kiddies in the audience.

What’s next for Miley?Â According to a source, Miley is getting ready to head to Nashville to start filming for The Hannah Montana Movie.Â On top of that, she is set to release a new album in July.

Sounds like Billy Ray (Miley’s has-been dad)Â is work-horsing Miley for all she’s worth now before she becomes a fad.Â Poor thing.

Bye Bye Destiny

Hello Miley!

So, Hannah Montana, I mean, this Miley Cyrus girl is no longer Destiny Hope. She’s really Miley now. Do not confuse Miley and Hannah Montana. And forget about Destiny as she no longer exists.

Anyhow, the daughter of Billy Ray “Mullet” Cyrus legally got her name changed to Miley. Why? Well, since she always grew up being called Smiley Miley, it only makes sense to legally change her name to Smiley Miley take off the Smiley.

Why not name the kid Miley in the first place? I mean, I was called Tooter Fruiter my whole childhood you don’t see me changing my name to Tootie.

Whatever works for her I guess.Â You Go Girl!
