and no, I am not using slang to let you all know how cool I think she is. In fact, I never thought she was cool. Maybe when she was 18 months old playing the role of Michelle Tanner on Full House was she even remotely cool. By, off the hook, I mean that she won.

Once again multi-millionaire Mary-Kate Olsen beats the law.

From the beginning Mary-Kate has kept her lips sealed about what she knew about Heath Ledger’s tragic death and she won’t be FORCED to open her mouth to speak as previously reported.

Federal sources told first the Daily News and now the Post that U.S. prosecutors have withdrawn their investigation into the death of actor Ledger, forcing the Drug Enforcement Administration to drop demands to interview Olsen.

Therefore, Mary-Kate is OFF the hook.

The DEA was trying to find the source of the drugs that killed Ledger; most were legally prescribed in El Paso, Texas, and Los Angeles, sources said.

So while everyone else connected with Heath and his death has been interviewed and cooperated…Mary-Kate Olsen was the only ONE to not cooperate and has insisted on immunity in return for talking to the feds. If that isn’t a red flag, I don’t know what is! Fishy!

One fact is beyond doubt…the masseuse who found Ledger’s corpse for some reason decided to phone Olsen three times before she phoned the emergency services. So, my thought is why not ask the masseuse why she called Mary-Kate first?

What I do know is there are just a lot of unanswered questions. And, Mary-Kate Olsen is somewhere celebrating her win with drinks and pill-popping perhaps? Wait, Mary-Kate wouldn’t DO THAT!

Or at least the Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York think she MIGHT know something as they have issued the waif-like creature a subpoena. Despite issuing a statement on Monday that she had nothing to do with the drugs that killed Heath Ledger, Mary-Kate will be required to testify in front of a grand jury.

I know, I know..she didn’t FEED Heath Ledger the pills to take that led to his death. But, I want to know WHY that dumb beotch was called immediately following his death. There obviously was a reason WHY she was the one called, even BEFORE medical help.

There’s something fishy about Mary-Kate and I don’t think it has to do with eating Chicken of the Sea or douching.

In any case, the TRUTH will come out!

Amy Winehouse sure isn’t showing any signs of slowing down on the party circuit. And, her devotion to her hubby seemed to have come to a halt as she was MIA at Blake’s BIG hearing today!

The big slime ball Blake received 27 months in the slammer…that would be two years plus three months for you peeps horrible at math. Geez that sure sucks to be him, that is for sure! (Even though he still has access to drugs and pen and paper, he’ll be higher than a kite declaring his love to his fellow female inmate.)

The ugliest sister of the Kardashian clan was sentenced to 30 days in jail after she admitted violating her probation by failing to enroll in an alcohol education class and clean up roadside trash.

Today, Britney Spears showed up in what was her final day of court for her custody hearing vs. Kevin Federline.

It seems K-Fed came out on top, being awarded sole custody of the couple’s two sons and some extra ching!

A source close to the singer confirms she’ll (Britney) now pay Federline $20,000 a month in child support, an increase from $15,000.

Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, also demanded and received $250,000 for his work on the case, the source adds.

Britney will keep her two days a week visitation (with one overnight). IF all things go well, by the end of the year, she may have another overnight added to her visitation.

You KNOW K-Fed had a permanent grin on his face following this hearing. Kevin BE Livin’ Large Ya’ll! Let’s just hope those boys turn out okay.

Another little twist in the Christie Brinkley divorce trial has been thrown into the mix. The 18-year-old ho-bag, Diana Bianchi didn’t JUST sleep with Christie Brinkley’s hubby, David Cook.

According to a source, “Diana met Sean (Diddy) at his recording studio when she went there with a friend who knew him. She told me that he just came up to her and started talking. She said their affair started a few weeks later and it went on while he was involved with the woman he was going to marry, Kim Porter. Diana said she thinks that she’s the reason they split up.”

Diddy has denied a relationship with Bianchi.

From the way it sounds, this chick gets around! Next thing you know, she’ll be looking for a record deal.

Christie Brinkley testified in court on Thursday in what is becoming one of the nastiest divorces in celebrity divorce history.

Christie’s eyes welled up as she spoke of her husband’s affair with an 18-year-old. Christie recalled HIS actions AFTER she found out of the affair.

She told the court, “He was sobbing and said he was driving erratically and that, ‘I’m going to drive into a tree’.

“I said, ‘Pull over. You need help.’ He said, ‘No, I’m going to kill myself.’ Then I spent the rest of the day trying to find a place he could go to get help.”

He needs more than just help. He needs his balls tied together and tucked between his legs, pulled up through his butt crack and super-glued to his back.

Cheating on Christie Brinkley? What a FREAK! That’s like JUST reading the last chapter of a book to find out the ending instead of reading the entire book…Something you just DON’T do!

It is official. Katie Price and Peter Andre ARE caring parents! And, don’t you forget it!

The UK’s Barbie and Ken have won a libel case brought on by allegations that the couple were negligent parents to their children Junior and Princess Tiaami and to Price’s disabled son Harvey.

The News Of The World published the article in February that featured an an interview with a nanny who’d formerly worked for the couple. The newspaper’s solicitor, Joanna Workman, told the judge the paper accepted that the allegations were false and regretted that they had been published.

Yikes! Don’t mess with Barbie and Ken!

As for more kids for the bronzed couple? Don’t count on it anytime soon! Katie told a source, ‘I’m really busy with my horse, the move and my career and I just want to enjoy the kids we have at the moment.”

We all know Amy has been more than a whack job the past couple of weeks…wearing that crazy Blake barrette and professing her undenying love for this douche-bag husband of hers, Blake Fielder-Civil. And, you must not forget Amy punching a fan at Glastonbury. This beotch is more whacked than Naomi Campbell and Britney Spears put together!

While we know Amy has been no angel in her marriage, allegedly having two affairs while Blake has been incarcerated, Blake has slapped her infidelity in her face by…well…BASICALLY doing the same thing! IN JAIL!!!! You’d think being locked up in a jail cell would keep you out of trouble. Apparently NOT!

Blake has been writing sexually charged love letters to a female inmate.

According to a source, The letters detail what he’d like to do to her in the bedroom when he is released, with graphic images of sordid sexual fantasies including hints of a threesome with Amy.

You know this is not going to sit well with Amy, furthering her into a deeper depression. These two are just two individuals that should NOT be together. Period.

The ex-girlfriend Verne Troyer is speaking out saying that Mini-Me isn’t an innocent man. Their six-month relationship went sour when Verne cheated on sex tape co-star Renae Shrider.

Renae Shrider told a source, “He cheated on me a bunch of times. I never once cheated on him. I took our relationship seriously. This was the first guy I have ever lived with.”

Snippets of a freaky-deaky Mini-Me lovin’ sex tape showed up on TMZ.com and were then taken down as Mini-Me threatened with a $20 million lawsuit.

The truth is, Renae Shrider may have (*cough DID cough*) leak(ed) the tape herself as the tape was recorded on HER camera.
