Don’t you just love to hear rappers screaming every other line on their tracks about Cristal, Mercedes-Benz, and other expensive brands that only the wealthy can usually afford? Well, take heart, people, because here is further proof that half the time, the people singing about such products cannot really afford them either.
Case in point. Bow Wow, who has had several run-ins with Uncle Sam the last few years, has a new case and it’s gonna cost him thousands more.
A Georgia court ruled last week that the rapper pay back nearly $4,000 in un-paid limo services after he failed to show up in court to contest the case.
Yeah, that was smart.
Allegedly, Bow Wow has hired a new legal team to help clean up his credit score. Let’s see how this latest one fares. Bear in mind that the IRS had liens against Bow Wow in 2006, 2008, and 2011.
Wouldn’t it be poetic justice if the IRS could get their money back from rappers through their tattoos, dogs, and neck chains?!
