Oh, remember those semi nude photos of Levi Johnston that we had been dying to see in Playgirl? Well, Bristol Palin wants her fair share of profit of those pics from her baby daddy. Hey, I don’t blame her. If Johnston be making the ching, Palin wants a piece.
According to TMZ, court documents were filed by Bristol’s lawyer late Thursday afternoon in Alaska, demanding $1,750 a month in child support from Levi, retroactive to the birth of son Tripp on December 27, 2008.
According to the docs, “Bristol believes Levi has pulled in “in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities.” The $105,000 figure is significant, because under Alaska law a non-custodial parent must pay 20% of income up to $105,000 a year — which comes to $1,750 a month.”
Bristol was quoted as saying, “I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi.”
So how much has Levi paid? Well apparently not a whole lot, according to Bristol. Home girl has said that he has only paid a total of $4,400. Tripp is 13 months old. So, that is about $338 per month.
What does Levi have to say? Well, he’s saying he’s paid her a lot more than that. Try $10,000, beotch. So who is telling the truth?
