Talk show host Bethenny Frankel chats with host of “Dancing With The Stars” Brooke Burke-Charvet on Wednesday, July 18th. Brooke open up to Bethenny about her “sleep-cation” instead of having a traditional honeymoon!

ON SLEEP VACATIONS:
Bethenny: You take sleep-cations? What is that?
Brooke: It sounds really boring, but it’s so important when you’re a busy mom.
Bethenny: It doesn’t sound boring. It sounds like paradise.
Brooke: It’s kind of a joke. When we got married, it was just us and the kids. The kids were there. We had no money. No honeymoon. When we did our honeymoon, which was a local stay-cation. It ended up being a sleep trip. We were both so tired. It was hardly romantic. He’ll kill me for admitting it. But, we ended up going away, staying in a hotel, ordering room service and just sleeping. Literally, just sleeping…we were so exhausted, you know.
Bethenny: I like that idea…
Brooke: Sleep-cations, and I discussed it with other moms and sometimes you just got to get caught up on your sleep. And there is so much chaos and noise in my household that I can’t always sleep through the night…
