I’m sure his publicist MADE him do it, but Kanye West did issue a second apology after his first one sucked and of course, was typed in a fierce ALL CAPS tone…and we all know what that means! Now that the VMA’s talk and the awards show revolved all around him, I am sure he is fine with the aftermath…the attention.
Never doubt Kanye West’s intelligence. Not only is Kanye West THE best singer/rapper in all the land, but he is also now a paparazzi photo connoisseur. I know it sounds hilarious, considering West was accused of assaulting a paparazzo last year. But perhaps Ye is softening his perspective on the matter of the paparazzi?
In his latest blog rant, West is actually praising the paparazzi for a shot of Rihanna that was taken earlier this week in NYC.
He writes (in ALL CAPS, of course), “FRESH ASS PICTURE!!! YO WHY CAN’T ALL PAPARAZZI PHOTOS BE THIS GOOD? WELL OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE MOST CELEBS JUST AREN’T RIHANNA LOL! … BUT ON THE REAL, THIS PIC IS HARDCORE. PEEP THE PERSPECTIVE SHOT OF THE CITY IN THE BACK. Shanna took to her Myspace blog to clear up a few rumors regarding spending time with Travis after the airplane crash that spared his life and to tell her side of the story regarding their rollercoaster ride of a relationship. I really thought the days of my personal relationship being played in the public eye were over. just so there is no confusion or “source” to attack my character, I am saying my side.
Travis and I were very much together in September when the horrific crashed happened, not only did I fly to Georgia I stayed by his side the entire stay and also for the bus ride home to LA, I think any human being with a heart and for the love of any good friend , never mind father of their children and lover would do the same, After arriving in LA and getting settled in the new hospital, I came across numerous romantic emails with MANY other woman, some famous , some I personally knew, all heart breaking. and the woman involved you know who you are and should be ashamed of yourself. I also came across emails where employees of my ex were writing comments on gossip networks like TMZ and Perez Hilton, attacking me as a woman and a mother. I Think those were more painful then the infidelities. As anyone can imagine, I was devastated, this is when I stopped going to the LA hospital, I knew and made sure even after what I learned he had a strong support system in place with friends and family, and I made it clear to them why I would be dismissing myself, at that point with the new information revealed to me I considered myself SINGLE and thou In my heart hoped we would remain friends and good parents had no intentions of getting back together. It was a painful time that no one unless they had lived it has the right to judge. Any actions I may or may have not done after this time, mean nothing.
I have been attacked by my Ex and his friends in the press for years at this point, my ability as a mother ( which to me is the cruelest thing you can do to any mother) my character and my integrity. I have never verbally bashed him as a father. I didn’t even bash him after the infamous blogs years ago, I have never went on different social networks and made campaigns of hate and slander, In fact MANY times I have had to bite my tongue and try to be the bigger person. I have tried to always put the lives and thoughts and feelings of my children first. I am by no means an angel, and I have made many mistakes, but a woman can only turn her cheek so many times.
“No Comment” just wasn’t sufficient this time when people continue to lie and distort the truth. the sad part is, the truth really isn’t that juicy or news worthy, it’s sad and I wish it had been left behind closed doors. I am a human being and the bashing has taken it’s toll.

Clearing a few things up
Just checking in to say hello and clear a few things up. I’ve been getting a lot of calls and emails regarding these subjects I’m about to discuss. First of all, last night at a club my boyfriend and I were assaulted for no reason at all. The DJ (I don’t even know his name cause he sucks so bad) was playing the worst music ever! I like certain techno music, but this was not even danceable and was frankly giving me a migraine. I asked one of my friends who runs the hotel if he could change the music and he said ” I’ll lead you up to the DJ booth tell him and he’ll play whatever you want.” So he walked Doug and I over there. I asked the DJ if he could please play Daft Punk or Bob Sinclair and he rudely snapped at me and was like ‘I only play this kind of music.” I think he was jealous cause Bob Sinclair is a far better DJ then this guy by about a million times. He was so unbelievably rude and all because I asked to play one good song. Then out of nowhere his bodyguard (don’t ask me why he has a bodyguard, like he really needs one. Ha) pushed me really hard, that’s when my boyfriend, like my knight in shining armor, stepped in and told the guy to keep his hands off of me. Then all hell broke loose, it was like something out of a fight movie, it was so frightening. I had never seen anything like it in my life. Doug was fighting off like 6 guys. But he was of course stronger then them all but one of the idiots punched him in the face and busted open his lip. There was blood all over, I cried I was so upset and scared. It was ridiculous and for such a stupid reason, I cannot believe people behave this way, like ainmals! FYI this is not in my nature to be in club brawls, I;ve never been around anything like that. It was totally unprovoked and thank God Doug was there to rescue me. A man should NEVER put his hands on a woman in that manner.
Another thing I keep getting are emails from you guys, calls from family, flowers from friends congratulating me on my engagement. They said they read some story the other day saying that when Doug and I went to dinner with my parents the other night that he proposed and I declined. This never happend, I dont know where they come up with these stories sometimes. All we did was have a lovely dinner at my mom’s favorite restaurant. We had all been together on My BFF Show set all day shooting scenes for this upcoming season. It was histerical and a lot of fun. But I will tell you this, Doug is an amazing guy and I feel very lucky that we found each other. We’ve been friends the past year now and have became very close. He’s my best friend, we are so much alike, we love to travel and we have the most incredible time together no matter where we are. I’ve never been happier. He truly treats me like his princess and that’s how every girl should always be treated, Never forget that ladies. My parents love him too, so I’m really happy about that. I love his parents as well, they are such a lovely family. His mother is stunning, so beautiful, sweet, funny and smart. We all had such an amazing time in Maui together, so I’m glad Doug’s getting to know my family as well.
I flew into New York this morning, I’m about to go to the Eye Wear Convention. I’m launching my new sunglass line. I’m so excited! I love wearing sunglasses and now I have my very own line! Loves it! So, I have to run, but hope everyones doing wonderfully and love you all.

Just wanted to let you all know that even though I love Myspace, I also think Facebook is cool too. So I just wanted to let you all know about my FIRST official fan account on Facebook, its under the name Paris Hilton-fan. It has a picture from my British BFF Show as my profile picture. It’s not managed by me but a friend and fan of mine. Her name is Kayla, she’s from South Africa, she’s adorable, she’s sweet and I love her to bits.She wrote me a message a few months ago that was so heartfelt and amazing that I just had to write her back. She asked me if if was okay if she made this fan page and I said yes and now we text and email each other everyday. She’s just fourteen, but is so mature and eloquent. Love her! Hi Kayla!!
Also I just wanted to clear something up, because I was reading my emails on here from you all today and i got quite a few that were telling me that there are impostors on here pretending to be me and writing rude things to them. I just want you all to know, that first of all I love all my fans and have always been nothing but nice to all of them. And second of all, this is my ONE AND ONLY Myspace account on here, I don’t even have a private one. So don’t believe the fakes, I just don’t understand why someone would do something like that. Also, I flew to Las Vegas last night to shoot Season 2 of My BFF Show, we are having the best time ever! I know I was just here 2 weeks ago for my birthday, but I love it! It so cool, cause some of the contestants have never even been here, so it’s fun to show them Vegas Paris-style! We’re all staying at The Hard Rock Hotel, I love it here! It’s so amazing, there’s even a bowling alley in my room. so fun! We’re going to be partying it up at Body English tonight, so if your in town, come by and let me know what you think of these bitchesand I mean that only in the nicest way. The cast this season is so different and so much fun and hopefully I will find a friend who really wants to be my friend for me and not other reasons. Love you all!! Have a great weekend!!

Lauren Conrad takes to her Myspace blog to fill us all in on her book series and announces the date of her first book release.
I’m excited to announce that my book, L.A. Candy, will be released on June 16th and is available now for pre-order from bookstores. The first of a three book series of young adult fiction for HarperCollins.
They will tell a behind-the-scenes story of a young girl who moves to L.A. and unexpectedly becomes the star of a reality television show. The books will be loosely inspired by my own experience and are definitely influenced by my own life. Some of the characters may symbolize people in my life, but it is in no way calling anyone out.
I’ve always loved books that I could lose myself in, ones that would transport me to another place, but had characters I could relate to. So, I’m so excited to have this opportunity to write books like that for other readers.
