Now Twitterless, Nicki Minaj headed to Bayswater, London for a record signing of the re-release of her debut album Pink Friday, putting on a few new songs. Rocking a Barbie tutu, Trolls leggings, a Hello Kitty beret, AND bright pick platform boots, the girl was dressed like a walking toy store. However, it was nice to see her showing her international fans love.
Yesterday Nicki jetted to the BBC studios for a pre-recorded interview on the Graham Norton show, during which Graham asked her about why she deleted her Twitter account. The Queen Barb replied,
A voice in my head told me to delete my Twitter and that’s what I did. I had 11 million followers and I hope they will wait for me. I reply all the time and get to know them by name and I have a really personal bond with them… not all 11 million, but at least 10 of them a day.
Nicki is believed to have deleted her Twitter account after an argument with a fan who leaked her new music via the NickiDaily site after posting tracks from Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. She also said she didn’t know when she’ll be back to the site, but asked her Barbz to be patient with her.
I don’t know about this voice telling her to quit Twitter, but it seems like she’ll back on the social media site soon enough!
