Last night, New York pop radio station 103.5 KTU and Carnival, located at Bowlmor Lanes Times Square, hosted an album release party for the up-and-coming all guy group, The Wanted. Well…they are up-and-coming here in the United States. In the UK, they are superstars!
Tom, Siva, Max, Jay, and Nathan performed a live set for an exclusive number of lucky KTU listeners, and met with each of their adoring (and screaming) fans following the intimate, 100-person concert. The boys, who refer to themselves as “mixed Britain” later enjoyed a few rounds of bowling on the upper level of the 90,000 square foot bowling alley and lounge.
One of the boy band’s biggest fans, pop sensation Cody Simpson stopped by to The Wanted’s rehearsal set after a round of bowling, but surprisingly without his reality star girlfriend Kylie Jenner at his side. But don’t worry, the tween romance is still going strong and the Kardashian’s aren’t the only ones we’re having a hard time keeping up with.
Cody ducked out of The Wanted’s performance before it even started to meet up with the Kardashian-Jenner clan downtown at the opening of Scott Disick‘s new restaurant. And despite an early exit, our appreciative boys of The Wanted were still ‘Glad He Came.’
