For the third time in her young career, Charice Pempengco made an appearance on the Oprah Winfrey show yesterday. Charice showcased her powerful voice on the “Finale: Oprah’s Search for the World’s Most Talented Kids” show. The YouTube sensation debuted her emotionally charged first single titled “Note to God”. The internationally released single was written by songwriter Diane Warren and produced by the legendary David Foster. Ummm, can you say talent? Not bad for a 17-year-old! And look at Oprah…you know it’s good when Oprah turns on the water works.
