Ashlee Simpson may have lined up herself another jobby job. After being given a swift kick in the booty by Melrose Place, Simpson was left unemployed rumored to be as a result of her poor acting abilities. But, apparently A. Simps hasn’t been moping around (big sistah takes care of that for her) on the job search and may have lined up a gig as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway. Say, what??!!! Believe it, bitches. Gossip cop is reporting that “Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, 25, isn’t taking a break after getting axed from the prime-time soap Melrose Place. Instead, she’s set to play Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago, starting in December for six weeks.”
For those of you who may feel like you are experiencing deja vu, you are. Big A. Simps played this EXACT role in London. So basically, she has been there, done that. Gotta sometimes stick to what you know when the going gets tough! Now maybe Jess can be inspired by A and land herself a break!
