Chris Brown Rihanna mishap
Since ‘that’ incident, no one has really given a rat’s ass about Chris Brown’s talent. It is hard to think of Chris without having ‘that’ come to mind.
But now that he’s about to release an album, it is time to do the press rounds. And with promotion, comes the questions about the incident that peeps are having a hard time forgiving Brown for.
So now that a couple years has passed, what does Brown have to say for himself?
Brown told Page Six, “The last two years, everybody dissed me, but my fans were so dedicated.”
But even though his fans were there he’s still experiencing the negativity. He goes on to say, “[People] don’t want to get involved with it because they don’t want their name attached to anything negative. Unknowingly, they kind of show their true colors when they do that. People are always gonna talk. But I’m in a positive place… You can’t blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don’t want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap.” Mishap? Bad word choice, buddy, but I get it.
He’s trying his damnedest to reshape his image and to put out the good stuff that we fell in love with him for…his music.
