I don’t care what anyone says, Cindy Crawford is still effing hot. In a recent interview with Parade.com, Cindy talks about what it is like to balance her busy career and being a mother to two kiddos (son Presley 12, and daughter Kaia, 10). Check out the highlights below.
ON HER 10-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER KAIA’S RECENT PHOTO SHOOT:
“I loved it. I thought she looked great. I was proud of her. I was there when she shot it, so I know what the experience was like for her. She liked it, but she also saw that it’s hard work. When we left the shoot, it wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to do that again,’ it was like, ‘That was kinda hard!’ The first 10 snaps are really fun and then it’s work. There’s a reason they call it a job. I thought it was a really good introduction for her to understand a little bit what I do. It was a really great experience for her. ”
ON WHETHER SHE SEES A LOT OF HERSELF IN HER DAUGHTER:
“Other people see more of me in her than I do, but I just see her. I always tease her that she stole everything from me. I’m like, ‘You have my old legs and I want them back!’”
ON WHETHER SHE STILL GETS A RUSH IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA:
“I do! The thing that I love most about modeling is really the rapport with the photographer and the team and creating exciting images. It’s about working as a team. It’s also about communication. A picture tells a story and I think that’s what I really respond to. Maybe the story I’m telling now at 46 is different than it was at 25, but it’s still a form of communication.”
