Claire de Lune has announced the release of her debut album, New Lion- set for release June 26th. The seven track album includes features from MaLLy, TruthBeTold of The Tribe & Big Cats, and Freez of Illuminous 3 as well as production credits from Big Cats!, Julian Fairbanks of Audio Perm, Mike Frey, and more.
The first single off the album, “Save The Day”, recently debuted on The Current and is available for download on iTunes.
New Lion is described as smart, sophisticated, sexy and catchy and serves as a tribute to both the late ’90s R&B and ’60s and ’70s soul music that Claire grew up listening to.
A social pre-order of New Lion is now available. A release show performance is scheduled to take place at First Avenue’s 7th Street Entry on 6/28. Tickets are available HERE.
