Hollywood hottie Colin Farrell is a bad ass turned good boy, however he heavily admits that he would be dunzo if it wasn’t for her son James.
Colin was recently interviewed for a series on Irish TV, admitting, “I don’t know if I would be here if I hadn’t had him (James). He was a huge part of me going in and making certain changes in my life.”
Like many actors and actresses who go from rags to riches, addiction is a strong possibility. The Irish actor who first made his name in Ballykissangel, said, “I had a blast of a time. I went over to Los Angeles and it was handed to me on a plate, parties in the Playboy mansion and this and that and the other.”
But parties, booze and sex got the best of Colin, dramatically causing a downward spiral in Colin’s life.
After being coaxed into rehab by his family and friends, he feels as if he came out a better person. “The negative aspect to all this good fortune was loneliness. I never figured it out. I just had a broken heart and was profoundly sad. I had all these wonderful things in my life and yet I found myself at this point.”
Good to hear that sometimes unprotected sex can result on a positive note.
