David Hasselhoff 5150 Psychiatric Hold?

Is David Hasselhoff on the verge of a Britney breakdown? Well RadarOnline.com is reporting that the Hoff is under a 5150 psychiatric hold!

Apparently Hasselhoff had been doing a bit of boozing on Friday night which landed him in the hospital via ambulance. Ummm, hello, it is obvious Hoffer needs rehab…badly. This is like the 292993rd time that he has been picked up for his alcohol episodes and Mickey Pooeys cheeseburger requests, pack this man’s bags and give him a freakin’ bed.

RadarOnline is saying that Hoffer was “picked up under the California Welfare and Institutions Code 5150 that allows authorities to take into custody persons they believe may be a danger to themselves or others, are gravely disabled or suffer from a mental disorder.” So doctors said the Hoff can and should be held for up to 72 hours for a psychiatric evaluation. Shoot…after that cheeseburger-slop-talking video that was released years ago, you would have thought that THAT would have been enough evidence to put Hoff in the nearest rehab facility.

So finally could this be Hoff being forced into getting help? Good grief, I hope so.
