Or well…he wants it. According to the Associated Press, DJ AM is seeking $20 million in damages related to a plane crash in South Carolina last year that killed four others.
Not only is DJ suing the plane’s manufacturer, he is also seeking damages from Learjet and several other companies.
Here’s the breakdown:
DJ AM is wanting $10 million for medical expenses, lost earnings, profits and economic damages AND
another $10 million related to non-economic losses, such as mental and physical pain, according to a document filed Friday.
Good! I’d be doing the same thing! And while he’s at it, he should be suing Mandy Moore too for marrying some whack job! (we kid) On a more depressing note, I can’t imagine what not only Adam and Travis Barker have been through, but also what those families of the deceased have and still are going through!
