ONCE A DOG, ALWAYS A DOG: “Rapper DMX is back behind bars again in Miami after he was arrested by federal authorities for allegedly skipping out on a court appearance. The big dog was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a warrant issued by a Phoenix judge after he wasn’t in court Friday.” He is going to be shipped off to Phoenix soon so he can finally face his legal troubles! Grrrrrr.
