Man, I hope I’m a sweet little old lady like Elizabeth Taylor when I get older…with lots of diamonds too. Elizabeth Taylor is the freakin’ fox that rocks. Not only is she BFF’s with Jacko (kind of relevant…errr, not really), but she is a philanthropic woman with a heart of gold.
Lizzy said she was inspired by President Barack Obama’s call for Americans to “reach across the aisle” of political and ideological divide. And, Taylor has done just that by donating $100,000 to the Alliance for Christian Education. Note: Elizabeth Taylor is Jewish!
In a statement Taylor supports this education effort “because our new president challenged us to break down barriers that divide us.”
Wow. Now THAT is change you can believe in. Raise the roof for Ms. Taylor!
