There’s a Spice Baby in the works. But who’s the lucky mother-to-be?
Does Victoria Beckham finally have a shot at the daughter the tabloids so want her to have? Does Mel B‘s Style Network reality show have to make room for another star? Did the ever sporty Mel C get in an extra workout between the sheets? Did writing those children’s books give Geri Halliwell ideas? Or is Emma Bunton once again living up to her nickname?
Okay no more snarky speculation.
Well, the Spice Mama is…
Emma Bunton! Baby Spice announced on Twitter this morning that she and her longtime singer partner Jade Jones are expecting their second child together.
“So our family grows, we are SO excited to announce we’re having our 2nd baby and beau’s wish for a brother or sister has come true! Xxxxxxx,” she wrote this morning.
While she doesn’t yet know if the stork will be delivering a boy or a girl, it’s unclear if the couple will plan on remaining in the dark until her due date next May.
Of course the Twitter-verse got busy sending her congrats right away to which she replied, “Thank you so much for all the wonderful messages! I love hearing from you all and will keep you updated.”
