Erin Andrews lawsuit, sues hotels
Does it seem to you like every time we turn around someone is stalking Erin Andrews? Geez. It’s obvious, Erin is a beautiful woman, but what in the hell does she have that we don’t have? Is there a big fat “S” implanted on her vadge, representing a supervadge? Do her tatas shoot out whipped cream? Or perhaps this whole peeping tom incident has been drawn out for way too damn long.
Well just four months after freakoid Michael David Barrett was sentenced to two-and-half years in the clinker for numerous stalking charges while Andrews was hunkering down in various hotel rooms, we’re hearing that Erin is now seeking some ching to help ease her emotional distress. There’s nothing like a big fat paycheck and some retail therapy won’t cure!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with what went down, well it wasn’t cool. Apparently this Barrett dude was one creepy mudder chucker. He basically was able to get Erin’s hotel information, including where she was staying and managed to find out from hotel staff which room she was staying in. This prompted him to snatch up a room adjacent from the gorj reporter so that he could basically do some crazy shiznit like alter hotel peepholes and shoot videos from his mobile phone. Sick freak!
Well, in order to help the severe and permanent emotional distress Erin has been suffering with, she’s looking for a paycheck of more than $1.2 million…not only from the hotels but also from her fruitcake stalker.
A statement from Andrews was released saying, “I’ve filed this lawsuit to hold accountable those who put my personal safety at risk and who allowed my privacy to be invaded while I was a guest at their hotel, as well as for actually stalking me and making my most personal moments public. Although I’ll never be able to fully erase the impact that this invasion of privacy has had upon me and my family, I do hope that my experience will cause the hospitality industry to be more vigilant in protecting its guests from the time they reserve a hotel room until they check out.”
A few pairs of shoes and a new wardrobe would heal some of that pain real quick.
