Basketball Wives fans, the impossible may be happening. The drama between ex-best friends Evelyn Lozada and Jennifer Williams may be coming to an end and apparently it’s due to a big fat change in Lozada’s attitude.
Time has passed and it seems these two are at least cordial. In a teary reunion on the season 5 reunion of the hit reality show, the ladies revealed that they have been in communication and things are slowly but surely mending between them.
Evelyn told VH1, “I sent her an email just letting her know that I meant what I said on the reunion. I didn’t want her to think that it was just a reunion stunt. She responded. She wished me happy Mother’s Day, and we said we would talk, and that was the last of it because I’ve been all over the place. We haven’t spoken since then.”
Of course it’s not all fixed yet but Evelyn states that she is making a conscious effort to be a better person and she is happy that the reunion ended on a positive note.
She added, “I’m also glad and relieved and it was a load off. And it also shows that we can be grown adults and women and move past it. We can fight, argue, whatever, and then bury the hatchet.”
And by all means, I hope that they can at least be civil to each other. Who needs that extra drama in their life? Seriously.
