It is almost hard to believe that Lifehouse has been around for ten years, but it is true. The band is still rockin’, making music and landing hits. So what is the secret behind their longevity and their success? Jason Wade, the Lifehouse front man, speaks with Danity Donnaly about his band’s new album Smoke & Mirrors, the band’s secret to success and what he does to maintain his sanity in this highly competitive industry. Check out Lifehouse’s Jason Wade interview after the jump.
Lifehouse has released their fifth studio album called Smoke & Mirrors and Jade Wade, “drummer Ricky Woolstenhulme Jr., bassist Bryce Soderberg and newly added guitarist Ben Carey, along with long time producer Jude Cole, have created a set that combines their live sound with great record making.”
And great record making is indeed what happened upon release of Smoke & Mirrors. The album not only debuted at the band’s highest debut on the Billboard 200 charts (number 6 with 54,203 albums sold), but it also is number two on the digital album charts in the country.
Lifehouse fans, you are in for a real treat as the guys will embark on a tour with fellow rockers Daughtry starting on March 18th. This is one tour you will not want to miss!
