Halle Berry is making the custody war between her and baby daddy Gabriel Aubry living hell. Reports are saying that the actress has filed papers with the court requesting to move to France WITH Nahla! It’s not like she’s moving out a couple hours away, the lady wants to move her kid out of the got damn country WITH her boyfriend Olivier Martinez!
TMZ is saying that Aubry is livid because he believes that Halle is trying to strip him of his rights completely.
So what are the chances that Halle would be able to get the move approved? TMZ says that
Halle could have an argument that it’s safer for Nahla to be in Europe … especially because her latest stalker — who broke onto her property multiple times — has recently been released from jail.
To me it sounds like the bitch is cray cray. I think she may have a difficult time getting her move approved unless she is going to allow Gabriel his visitation rights.
