Halle Berry‘s rep has confirmed that the actress has been released from the hospital after suffering an injury while shooting a movie.
According to TMZ, Halle was rushed to the hospital Tuesday night. Sources say that Halle hit her head on concrete after taking a nasty fall while on the set of her movie, The Hive.
According to a photo agency, Halle was taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center in L.A. The injury occurred at around 10 PM Tuesday night. There was an ambulance on scene, apparently how Halle was transported.
The actress apparently hasn’t been without her share of injuries while filming. Just last year, she broke her foot while filming Cloud Atlas in Spain. In 2003, she broke her arm on set of Gothika, and she was hospitalized in 2004 after she was smacked in the head with a lighting prop while filming Catwoman. Halle also suffered an eye injury during shooting for the James Bond flick Die Another Day in 2002.
Ouch! Halle’s rep tells Liveline Live Halle is fine and will continue filming. ”Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She’ll continue production as planned.”
