Well, folks, the neon green mankini thong will now be just a memory. Sacha Baron Cohen has just landed the role of Sherlock Holmes. And his sidekick Watson? Oh, ONLY the greatest comedian of our day (in my opinion) has earned that role…Will Farrell.
“Just the idea of Sacha and Will as Sherlock Holmes and Watson makes us laugh,” Columbia’s co-president Matt Tolmach told Variety. “Sacha and Will are two of the funniest and most talented guys on the planet, and having them take on these two iconic characters is frankly hilarious.”
Um yeah…This is going to be some HILARIOUS shiznit!
