However, she wasn’t as well put together as she thought! According to a source, Kate walked the red carpet following the launch party for her new fragrance ‘Velvet Hour’ at a Berlin Club. Apparently, girlfriend had partied just a tad too hard and ended up losing some of her extensions. So…on the red carpet lay her loss.
