Since the revelation of her battle with cervical cancer, reality star Jade Goody has been surprisingly willing to fight the disease publicly. Jade has shared every aspect of her struggle, including the treatment that she has received and the obstacles that she has come to face with.
However when asked details about her cervical cancer, Jade told interviewers on UK’s “This Morning” show that she would much rather not do the research to find out the details of the cancer that she has. Living her life as normally as possible is on the top of her list. Hmmm, I guess I personally would want to know what is going on with my body…do you think Jade is being ignorant?
“I just want to carry on being to the boys and to myself normal and I’m quite naive with the whole cancer thingy. I haven’t done any research or anything and I don’t want to know. I only know what I need to know, which is this is my medication and this is that, this is when I get better. I don’t want to know the ins and outs and because it’s too much for my brain to take it in. It really is.”
In addition to her cancer fight, Jade is also dealing with the fact that the man in her life, Jack Tweed, is in jail serving an 18-month sentence in prison for battering a teenage boy with a golf club. Now if that isn’t some unnecessary stress added to the whole situation! Sounds like a real winner, if you ask me.
