The sexy and uber talented James Franco stopped by Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert to talk about ‘art’. Sounds kind of boring as far as I am concerned, however, Franco did make it more exciting with the mention that he wanted to work for Mr. Cobert. And it appears as if ‘what Franco wants, Franco gets’.
Not only does Franco want a PhD., he wants a movie career and intellectual stimulation. But does he really want a job with Colbert?
After briefly discussing performance art, Franco made the comment that he considers Colbert a great contemporary artist saying, “You rule. I want to work with you.”
After more talking the two discovered more similarities, including a love for fusing fiction with reality and their love for Lord of the Rings.
It was then that Franco suggested he work for the Colbert show as an art consultant and Colbert threw a big fat ‘you’re hired’ right back at him.
So was this a serious inquiry or just merely for entertainment value?
