Jersey Shore: Queer Edition
Oh, those Jersey boys!
According to the New York Post, the newest issue of the Village Voice features MTV’s juiced up Jersey boys we’ve grown to love. What’s so interesting about that you ask? Oh, only that it is the “Queer Edition.”
Details after the jump.
Vinny Guadagnino, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Mike “The Situation” Sorrento grace the cover of this week’s “Queer Edition.” While the headline, “The Guido Ideal Goes on the Down-Low in Jersey” is innocent enough, it’s actually a story about being gay at the Jersey Shore.
Are you laughing yet? Because you should be. It’s hilarity at its finest; comedic genius at its best. Wait, didn’t these boys spend their entire summer hooking up with girl after girl? Why yes; yes they did. Apparently, they didn’t quite realize (or didn’t ask) why they were going to be featured.
Of course, the article doesn’t say they’re gay. It’s simply an article about being a gay “guido” at the Jersey Shore and looking for hook ups. It just, you know, has their picture. See? It totally doesn’t say they’re gay. It only implies it, which is obviously not the same thing. Right?
Too bad Ashton Kutcher is no longer in the business of punking people, he totally missed this gem. What I wouldn’t give to be there when the threesome get the news. It looks like they’ve gotten themselves into a “situation.”
