John Travolta is firing back at claims that he groped a masseur saying that the story is “complete fiction and fabrication”.
The NY Daily News is reporting that
The “Pulp Fiction” star is adamant he wasn’t even in Beverly Hills on Jan. 16, the date an anonymous plaintiff claims Travolta picked him up in a black Lexus SUV for a massage appointment, drove him to a hotel and tried to have sex with him.
“This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication,” Travolta’s rep said. “On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California, and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”
The plaintiff is listed as John Doe in the $2 million federal lawsuit that claims Travolta groped him, masturbated openly in his presence and made lewd comments.
“Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame,” Travolta’s rep said, threatening a counter-suit for malicious prosecution.
“We approached them two months ago and never heard the defense he wasn’t in town,” Okorie Okorocha, the lawyer who filed the lawsuit, told the Daily News. “There are pictures of him in Los Angeles the night of the 14th.”
Travolta was photographed at the 9th Annual G’Day USA black tie event in Hollywood that night.
“If he has evidence to prove he wasn’t in town, great, then he has nothing to worry about,” Okorocha said. “But we believe we have enough of a story of when and where things happened that we can procure hotel and cell tower records. And I think there will be witnesses who saw things. This absolutely happened.”
The thing is is that this guy who calls himself “John Doe” is DAMN serious that this happened. These reports of John Travolta being gay and engaging in extracurricular hand jobs and willy wanking have been circulating many times before.
