Jon Gosselin appeared in his second home, the court room, today to get that whole ching situation figured out. Remember that $230,000 that Jon took outta Jon and Kate’s joint bank account? Well apparently that ching has been deposited back INTO the account now via Jon’s greedy smelly fingers.
But now according to Jon, he’s got a big fat bone to pick with Kate. And that is an unaccounted $33,000 that Kate has supposedly withdrawn and spent from their joint account.
However according to a source, Cheryl Young, one of Kate’s lawyers told the judge that the amount in question was only 5% of what was in dispute. Young says, “It’s fully compliant.” Translation: Kate’s spending the $33,000 was necessary and does not need to be accounted for. Spend on, mama!
This morning during the court appearance, Ms. Mama Kate was a no-show and Papa Gosselin was a bit pissed and shocked for mama’s absence. And so he did what Papa Lohan probably told him to do….flap his trap to Entertainment Tonight!
Goosy told ET, “She has her own agenda.” So why was he shocked? Oh he was sure to tell us that it was “because I want to get through this together, and she keeps on avoiding, avoiding, avoiding. I feel like every time I step in that courtroom, I’m held accountable … and then the other side’s not held accountable.”
Dang, I was more shocked to see a few missing patches of hair from Jonny’s melon! So who’s accountable for those horrible hair plugs, Jonny?
