It’s has been quite the year for JR Martinez and his girlfriend Diana Gonzalez-Jones and now they have revealed some even more happy news. Gonzalez-Jones is pregnant! The couple is expecting a baby girl that is due this spring.
Martinez revealed the news to People saying that “We found out just last week it’s a girl and we are over the moon. Diana has a little baby bump now and it’s the cutest thing ever. With the holidays coming up, this is the biggest and best gift we could get.”
No doubt!
The couple met on the set All My Children where Martinez was a cast member and Gonzalez-Jones worked as assistant to the executive producer.
Of his relationship with Gonzalez-Jones, JR said, “We were so good as friends that romantically, we just clicked right away. There was no adjustment period.”
As for everything that has happened for him this year? Martinez is counting his blessings. He said, “2011 has been full of a lot of surprises and opportunities and ultimately, a lot of blessings. Diana and I were just asking ourselves, ‘How is 2012 going to top 2011?’ Well, we have our answer!”
