Oh yeah, whatever happened to ‘I’m never getting married again’? Apparently, Kate Hudson has had a change of heart because she just accepted the offer to marry her second baby daddy Matt Bellamy.
He’s been her hump buddy for a year or so and he is about to be her baby daddy. But Muse lead singer Matt Bellamy must have felt it only right to at least slap a ring on it.
On the Today Show, Kate made the big announcement while showing off a big fat square cut engagement ring on THAT finger. Hudson said, “I haven’t really announced it, I was waiting for someone to notice.”
Apparently it all went down a week ago in NYC but she’s not revealing that ‘romantic’ proposal.
All I’ve gotta say is Kate sure has changed her tone since just a few weeks ago when she was quoted saying, “I don’t feel it necessary to get married…I already have one child, and have had one divorce, so it is not necessarily the golden ticket. I just want to be happy.”
I have a feeling this engagement will be a long one.
