Katherine Jackson has lost guardianship of MJ’s kids after the controversy surrounding her recent trip to Arizona. Did she leave the kids because she was losing her damn mind or were some of her children behind some sort of plot to ultimately get to the King of Pop’s bank account? Whichever the case is, she hasn’t been there for her grandchildren as she was legally liable.
But the care of the children has now been granted to someone else! Tito’s son TJ Jackson filed a missing person’s report on Saturday after Katherine’s grandchildren were refused contact with their grandmother as she rested under doctor’s orders with her daughter Rebbie in Arizona.
The trouble is that Jermaine spoke out on Sunday saying that his mother was “fine”. So why was Katherine unable to speak with her grandchildren for, according to Paris Jackson’s tweets, NINE days?!
All we know is there is something fishy going on and now TJ has temporary guardianship until this big fat drama fest gets figured out.
During the court appearance, TJ Jackson was emotional when recalling a phone convo he had with Katherine on Tuesday. He told the courts, “I’ve never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn’t sharp. The pauses, choice of vocabulary… she has not used certain phrases like that before.”
Katherine’s lawyer Sandra Ribera is seriously concerned about her client saying, “We have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson has been held against her will.”
